Elizabeth Nyambura, daughter to Neno Evangelism founder pastor James Ng’ang’a on Friday, march 18 wedded his longtime lover in a colourful ceremony.
Elizabeth is Ng’ang’a’s first daughter who he bore with now late first wife.
In a viral video making headlines online the preacher’s wife is seen advicing the newlyweds before she is rudely interrupted by pastor Ng’ang’a.
“Marriages are not smooth. They have ups and downs, but that is the joy of a marriage,” she said as her hubby quizzically looked at her, drawing laughter from the crowd.
“Fikisha hapo (stop there),” he told her, but the unamused lady continued.
She further went on advising the couple, stating:
“If you travelled on a straight road, it would be a very boring journey. But, by the grace of God, we can conquer that. So I wish you prosperity and the blessings of God,” she said before handing over the mic to the preacher with a stern look on her face.
The Self-styled Commander was unfazed as he made fun of the situation.
“I was praying for the microphone to stop working,” he added.
