A businesses man lost a whooping KSh 5.7 million which was inside his car at a parking lot in Thika Town.
The man identified as Matthew Githinji had parked his car to visit the public toilets for a short call when the thugs broke into his car and got away with the money.

Githinji was headed home after withdrawing the largest amount from three banks before he made a short stop when he got pressed.
He reported the case at a nearby police station and a manhunt for the thieves has been launched.

Preliminary report from Police indicated that the thieves might have been informed by one of the teller in the banks that he withdrew.
