Gospel singer Alex Apoko popularly know as Ringtone weeped uncontrollably in court while narrating every detail that took place last year in June when controversial blogger Robert Alai assaulted him.
While at the Kibera Law Court on Thursday,June 23, the singer told the judge that the blogger-turned politician hit his windshield with a club twice.
He narrated that on first attempt, the club did not break the windshield and the second time it broke it into pieces. Ringtone who could not hold back his tears continued by revealing that Alai then used the club to his his face.
Ringtone even show the court where he was hit.
He further states that the Kileleshwa Member of County Assembly (MCA) aspirant further threatened to kill him.
