Netizens impressed by Kalonzo’s perfect acting skills – VIDEO

Online comedian Crazy Kennar recently featured politician Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka in one of his comedy skits, and Kenyans couldn’t keep calm.

The hilarious skit uploaded on Crazy Kennar’s Youtube channel was dubbed ‘Ukipanga from na chopi’( when you make plans with a nerd).

It was meant to depict Kalonzo’s ‘watermelon’ nature that many Kenyans make fan of.

Both Crazy Kennar and Kalonzo Musyoka, who took the character name ‘man Stevo’, were high school students in.

The two were observed making naughty plans together, only for man Stevo to throw his friend under the bus. Watch the video below.

Several Kenyans were impressed with Kalonzo Musyoka’s acting skills in the hilarious video, with some commending Kennar for scaling heights in comedy.

Here are what a few Instagrammers had to say,

@Lilpj.ke Man Stevo amekutoka kipetero Kiyesu

@Jayphine Mans Stevo hajawai acha hii tabia ya kupita katikati

@daginhomke Oh My God. I didn’t know man Stevo could be this cool and a good actor too.

@kevinkadipo Kumbe man Stevo is this funny. Nakuinulia mkono juu.

Excited about the positive reaction to his video, Crazy Kennar took to social media to reveal how humbling the opportunity was.

“Today, I got an opportuníty to do a video with his Excellency Kalonzo Musyoka, and it was a very humblìng opportunity as we interacted.”

On the other hand, Kalonzo said it was a pleasure to meet the Kenyan content creators who sat with him to discuss how they could empower more talented youths.

He revealed that he had been a fan of Kenyan TV comedies such as Vitimbi, Redykyulass, and the Real House helps of Kawangware.

Kalonzo finished by talking about how Covid19 has affected the entertainment industry and commended comedians for continuing with their excellent work nonetheless.

“ I believe artists represent the country by showing our humorous side of life. During this lockdown, just like all industries, they have been affected, and they continue to bring joy,’ Wrote Kalonzo.
