The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) on Friday, February 18, officially disclosed that 3000 delegates will be attending the National Delegates Convention (NDC).
Those who will grace the meeting include Governors, MPs and other top branch officials.
“Dear members and supporters, the National Delegates Convention (NDC) scheduled for Sat. 26th February 2022 is only for the 3,000 delegates comprising Governors, Dep. Gvns, MPs, top branch and county officials, and MCAs. It is a function of the National Executive Committee (NEC),” ODM said.
The Orange party announced that the National Delegates Convention (NDC) meeting will be held on Saturday, February 25th, at Nyayo stadium.
“Please take notice, pursuant to article 7.2 as reading together with article 7.5.3 of the Orange Democratic movement constitution, that the National delegates convention shall be held on the 25th and 26th February 2022 at the National Stadium from 9:00 Am,” the notice by ODM read.
The party leader Raila Odinga is expected to be endorsed for the presidency.
Meanwhile, the Jubilee party will also hold their NDC on the same day at the Kenyatta International Conference Center (KICC).
